I’m a truth guide, intuitive business coach and trainer, and proud mom.
In the first season of my professional career, I managed 6- and 7-figure budgets while rubbing elbows with Fortune 500 executives. One of the greatest lessons I learned was to stop “selling at” customers and listen more instead. Once they knew I had their back, I became their trusted go-to resource.
In the second season, I coached and trained career employees, small business owners and solopreneurs who wanted help navigating difficult transitions in life, work and love. During that time, I mastered the art of social networking and quickly became a sought-after speaker and life coach expert. I've given talks and interviews that have reached hundreds of thousands of people all across the globe. And I became a contributing writer for popular publications and major news outlets that reach millions of viewers and readers.
In the third season, I took a hiatus from coaching and social networking. Being "on" all the time was exhausting and, ironically, lonely. So I got out of the spotlight, turned inward to develop my intuitive gifts, and threw myself into other projects and programs I could support behind the scenes. I edited over a dozen inspiring book manuscripts of revolutionary luminaries. I ran an integrative health education center offering over 150 holistic health and wellness courses and workshops delivered by 50 experts. I designed and developed engaging training solutions for billion-dollar companies. Wearing the producer and director hats, instead of being the "leading lady," was such an invaluable experience and brought me full circle.
Now I'm dedicated to Civic Tech by day and, in my free time, helping fellow emerging intuitives of our “sandwich" generation. Because I totally understand the REAL LIFE challenges that come with trying to be the Boss of our lives while caring for aging parents, children, fur babies, and loved ones. Oh yeah, AND trying to manage our own health and well-being.
I ain't got the time, energy, money or interest in disguising myself as yet another self-help guru in order to get there. Neither do you.
I refuse to prey on your fears just so I can sell you on an expensive pipe dream. I won't ask you to "sign up fast before I give your spot to someone more serious" while I move on to the next bright-eyed and unsuspecting victim.
That's why I'm sharing everything I know in the form of intuitively-guided coaching and training programs, which I've designed with the emerging intuitive (YOU) in mind! No matter your experience level, my goal is to meet you where you are today.
In case you're curious about my qualifications and credentials...
I have a Master of Arts in Business Administration (MBA). I graduated with distinction and was inducted into Delta mu Delta, a national honor society in business administration. Currently, I am working on a Master of Science in Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine (Ayurvedic Practitioner in progress).
In addition to my formal education, I've received professional training in several coaching and healing modalities, including:
